Individual Therapy

It provides a unique and personalised approach, tailored to your specific needs and goals. Together, we will embark on a collaborative partnership, fostering a trusting relationship that allows you to express yourself openly and work towards creating positive change.

You are not alone

I understand that life can often throw unexpected curve balls our way, leaving us feeling stuck, alone, and uncertain about what steps to take next. It can be overwhelming to navigate through these challenges, especially in the fast-paced world we live in. However, please know that you're not alone in feeling this way, and seeking support through therapy can offer valuable guidance during these difficult times.

What your journey looks like

I totally get it - the idea of therapy can be pretty intimidating, especially if you've never done it before. But don't worry I'm here to guide you through the process and make sure you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

1. Book a free enquiry call

2. Initial consultation

3. Empower yourself

4. Growth and transformation

What to expect from the first two steps

Step 1: Enquiry Call

This as an opportunity to discuss what is troubling you at the moment and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. It also provide you with a space to learn a little more about me, how I work, whether you think I would be a good fit and to ask any questions you may have.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

Expanding on what was discussed in your enquiry call, I want to hear about what makes you who you are, not just the issues that you're struggling with. That means learning about who you are, where you've been, who you lean on for support, and anything else that you think will help me understand you better.

Of course, I know it can be scary to open up to a complete stranger, so I'll always go at your pace and respect your comfort level. Building a safe and trusting space where you feel comfortable sharing is absolutely crucial, so we'll work together to create that environment.

It's totally okay if it takes more than one session for you to tell your story - in fact, that's pretty common. We'll gather all the information we need and develop a plan for therapy, drawing on the latest evidence in the field of psychology to make sure that we're using the most effective techniques for your specific concerns. And then we'll get started on this journey together!
